“ The real value of designing lies in the unique perspectives and methods it reveals”
As a designer, my practice revolves around addressing cultural, social, and personal urgencies with emphasis on well-being and individual experiences. I value a holistic approach to research, which forms the foundation of my work and gives my projects a clear sense of purpose.
I prioritize the process of research and exploration of theory through material. Many of my projects remain in an investigative state, as I believe that the real value of designing lies in the unique perspectives and methods it reveals - these often say more than the final outcome.
My work centers issues like personal and social identity, colonial practices and nominalism through immersive research methods such as fieldwork, interviews and discussions with the people around me.
Photography acts as a tool for observation and reflection. It helps me capture patterns and emotions that influence my creative work.
As my practice evolves, I aim to deepen the connection between my research, design, and photography, exploring how these mediums can further contribute to projects that prioritize human-centered experiences and clear translations of complex issues.
